1. Bring the water to boil in a pot at medium heat.
2. Before it boil, add creamy miso paste and soy sauce into the pot of water and stir it gradually to prevent the miso paste from sticking at the bottom of the pot.
3. Once boiled cover the lid.
4. Arrange some cut white tofu, spring onion in a bowl and pour the hot miso soup into the bowl.
5. Serve while it is still hot.
