The solid part you see is called honey crystallisation. This is a natural process and not a sign of poor quality.

Honey is a supersaturated sugar solution, making it prone to crystallisation. The two primary sugars in honey are fructose (fruit sugar) and glucose (grape sugar). The ratio of these sugars varies between honey types, influencing the crystallisation rate.

Glucose, being less soluble than fructose, is the sugar that crystallises. As glucose separates from the solution, it forms tiny crystals that spread throughout the honey. This process continues until the honey reaches a stable, saturated state, resulting in a thicker, crystallized texture.

Oil separation is a natural occurrence in all-natural organic peanut butter. It's a sign that our peanut butter is made with real peanuts and no artificial additives (ie. emulsifier, stabiliser, thickener, etc). To enjoy a consistent texture, simply stir the peanut butter well before each use.
