1. Campaign Scope

i. This contest is valid exclusively at all Jaya Grocer outlets in West Malaysia.

2. Eligibility

i. Participation is open to individuals residing in West Malaysia only.

3. Minimum Spend Requirement

i. A minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt or sales invoice is required.

ii. Multiple receipts/invoices combined to reach RM50 or more will not be accepted.

4. Eligible Dates

i. Only receipts/sales invoices dated from 1st January to 28th February 2025 are valid for participation.

5. Submission Rules

i. Submissions must be completed via the provided Google Form within this period. Click here to fill up.

ii. Participants are required to accurately complete the Google Form with the following details: Full name (as per IC).], IC Number, Mobile number (must be reachable via WhatsApp), Delivery address, Place of purchase, Receipt number and to Upload a clear proof of purchase (receipt/sales invoice)

iii. Participants may submit multiple receipts/sales invoices, provided each meets the RM50 minimum spend requirement.

6. Winner Notification

i. Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp after the official announcement on Country Farm Organics’ social media platforms.

ii. Response Timeline:

i. Winners must respond within 48 hours of receiving the WhatsApp notification to claim their prize.

ii. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

iii. Each winner is entitled to win only one (1) prize.

7. Prize Collection & Delivery

i. Winners may collect their prizes from the Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. office or opt for courier delivery.

ii. Courier Delivery:

i. Winners are responsible for any shipping fees.

ii. IMPORTANT: Shipping is conducted at the winner’s own risk, and Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. will not be held liable for any damage incurred during or after delivery.

iii. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of the campaign’s conclusion.

8.  Prize Details

i. Grand Prize (1 unit): Tefal Perfect Mix Cook & Steam (With standard warranty of 2 years upon product warranty registration).

ii. Second Prize (1 unit): Tefal Easy Fry Dual and Grill Air Fryer (With standard warranty of 2 years upon product warranty registration).

iii. Consolation Prizes (30 units): Jaya Grocer Gift Card worth RM100.

9. Non-Transferable Prizes

i. All prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

10. Disqualification

i. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to adhere to these terms and conditions.

ii. If disqualification occurs after winners are announced, no replacement winners will be selected.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any:

i. Technical difficulties during participation.

ii. Shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or unforeseen events that may occur during or after the contest.
