Fulfilment and Delivery:
- We ship all orders using EasyParcel Sdn Bhd courier service.
Order Processing:
- We take pride in getting your orders out quickly! Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Public Holiday) for us to process your order before it ships.
Delivery Time Frames:
- Once your order is processed, expect delivery within:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Placement:
- We cannot accommodate walk-in orders at our warehouse. To ensure faster processing, all orders must be placed and paid for through our website: www.countryfarmorganics.com.
Order Self-Pickup & Urgent Requests:
- We currently don't offer urgent, same-day delivery or self-pick options, but we do strive to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change the delivery address. To ensure your order arrives where you need it, please double-check your address during checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time or date?
We cannot schedule specific delivery times or dates. The courier service will determine the delivery time and date after we hand over the parcel.
Can I pick up my order at Country Farm Organics warehouse?
We apologise, but we currently do not offer self-pickup services at our warehouse. All orders are shipped directly to your preferred address.
Do you support international shipping?
We currently ship within Malaysia only.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days

What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order arrives damaged,
