1. Eligibility:

i. This giveaway is open to all residents of Malaysia.

ii. Purchases made through retailers, dealers, and supermarkets are NOT eligible for entry.

iv. This contest is strictly for purchases made on:

iii. Country Farm Organics Lazada Flagship store: (https://www.lazada.com.my/shop/country-farm-organics)

v. Participants may place multiple orders during the contest period to increase their total purchase amount.

2. How to Enter:

i. To participate, make a purchase through the eligible platforms between 15 February to 9 March 2025.

ii. After placing an order, participants must complete and submit an entry form below with their name, mobile number, email address, address, place of purchase, purchase date, order ID, and total amount spent.

3. Prize:

i. Fourteen (13) winners will be selected based on the highest total purchase amount during the contest period.

ii. The prize pool includes:

i. Three (3) – Raya Gift Set

ii. Ten (10) – RM18 off, minimum spend RM50 Country Farm Organics website vouchers

iii. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

iv. Each winner is entitled to receive only one (1) prize.

4. Winner Selection:

i. The thirteen (13) winners will be selected based on the highest total purchase amount, ranked from highest to lowest.

ii. The decisions made by the organiser are final and binding.

5. Notification and Claiming the Prize:

i. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp on 11 March 2025.

ii. Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim their prize.

iii. Failure to respond within the specified time frame will result in forfeiture of the prize.

iv. Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days of winner notification to the delivery address provided by participants on the entry form.

6. General Terms and Conditions:

i. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

ii. Participants may be disqualified, or prizes revoked, under the following circumstances:

i. The participant fails to meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

ii. The participant does not provide the required details when requested by Country Farms Sdn. Bhd..

iii. The participant violates these terms and conditions, contest rules, or applicable laws.

iv. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. reasonably determines that the participant engaged in fraudulent activities, cheating, or other deceptive practices to undermine the contest.

iii. Participants are allowed to submit multiple orders using the same contact number during the contest period.

iv. If a disqualification occurs after winners are announced, no replacement winner will be selected.

7. Liability Disclaimer

i. Country Farms Sdn. Bhd. shall NOT be held responsible for any technical difficulties, shipping delays, lost or damaged packages, or any unforeseen events that may occur during or after the contest.
