1. Pour water into a pot to boil. Put the Osmanthus flower in and turn off the fire. Let it sit for 5 minutes to infuse and release all the flavour from the flower. (Pic 1)
2. Strain off 80-90% of the flower from the pot and put in all the other ingredients then turn on high heat again. (Pic 2-6)
3. Once start to boil, then turn off the fire and pour into a mould to set the jelly. (Pic 7)
4. Unmould it after completely cool down then serve it cold.
Tips: Apple Cider Vinegar – help promote digestion, helps control weight, soothes sore throat and lower blood sugar level after meals.

3. 大火煮沸后关火,倒入模具中定型。(图7)
4. 待果冻完全冷却后脱模,冷藏后更好吃。
