Rainbow Energy Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Country Farms Organic Rolled Oats
  • ½ cup Greek Yoghurt
  • ½ cup Fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp Country Farms Organic Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Country Farms Natural Wildflower Honey
  • 2 tbsp Country Farms Goji Berries
  • (Soak in water for 3 minutes and drain)
  • 1 pc Mango (Cut into cubes)
  • 2 slices Pineapple
  • 2 pcs Kiwi
  • 20 pcs Blueberry

Methods

1. Put Country Farms Organic Rolled Oats, yoghurt and milk in a glass container. Mix well and keep in the fridge overnight. (Pic 1-4)

2. Prepare a deep plate/shallow bowl, scoop the overnight oats and flatten it a little with the back of the spoon. (Pic 5)

3. Arrange all the fruits and toppings with your own design, then drizzle Country Farms Natural Wildflower Honey on top. Lastly, sprinkle with Country Farms Organic Chia Seeds. Done. (Pic 6)

  • Country Farms枸杞2汤匙(浸泡3分钟,沥干)
  • 芒果1个(切块)
  • 黄梨2片
  • 奇异果2个
  • 蓝莓20粒

做法

1. 将Country Farms有机燕麦片、优格和牛奶放入玻 璃容器中搅拌均匀,盖好放入冰箱过夜。(图1-4)

2. 准备一个深盘/浅碗,舀出隔夜燕麦,用汤匙压平。(图5)

3. 根据自己的喜好设计来摆放水果,淋上Country Farms天然野花蜂蜜,最后撒上Country Farm有机奇亚籽即可享用。(图6)
