Red Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 200g Country Farm Organics Adzuki Beans
- 1.5L Water
- 70g Country Farm Javanese Sugar (Adjust to taste)
- 1-2 pieces Pandan leaves
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak red beans for 1-2 hours (optional)
2. Rinse and drain the soaked red beans.
3. Add red beans and water to a pot, bring to a boil over high heat (until water is boiled).
4. Reduce heat to low, add in pandan leaves and simmer for 1-1.5 hours.
5. Stir in Muscovado Sugar adjust sweetness to taste.
6. (Optional) Add rinsed dried tangerine peel for a citrus flavour.
7. (Optional) Blend partially for a smoother texture or leave chunky.
